if floyd is running it i could see it being a pretty good little stable of fighters.. floyd always talks about being the best you must fight the best etc etc. so hopefully he wont do what bob arum does when he has 2 great fighters in the same weight division (the fight needs to build up a little more... a little more... a little more...)
gamboa and dirrell are good buys. but dib...dib!!! ****ing awful. berto is good but the steroid scandal has diminished his credability. judah is old and in a division where he already lost at. caballero is a real dangerous fighter but he has about 2 years top left similar with judah.
No one said these guys would get all the top fighters in every division. But for them to have a few has-beens, contenders, high potential fighters, and decent names - all before Floyd is even out of jail, makes me believe they are trying to hit the ground running this winter. Give them time. They will get more and more fighters who are decent who may turn into stars. Having Al Haymon around isn't going to hurt things either.
:admin:admin:admin:admin Holy. ****ing. ****! Seriously though, that would be a good move on their part if this were true. We all know Haye has a big-ass mouth. And I think with a fair amount of exposure, he could gain some appeal in the U.S. (Contrary to popular opinion - Americans don't hate everything British as much as vice versa) Plus, he could damn sure run through the HWs in the US and make a name for himself en route to his Hollywood aspirations.
