Great post and point! :good I havent always agreed with you...but I think that's the bread and butter of it all...but to answer your question for the demand of it

I think Williams is finding it harder and harder to make 147...He can make it but I think he's finding it difficult. Since Margo has cleaned out the vast majority of WW division he has become the "IT" guy and the man at the top of the mountain. If he beats him again and does so in emphatic fashion. He can move on to another division and claim "he beat everyone there is to beat" because he beat the guy that currently represents the WW division. Then he can comfortably start REAL campaigning at 154 and 160

 

Out of the Top 5 in the 147 division.

3 are promoted by Arum who "not to contact him about anything to do with Paul Williams"

the other is Williams and Mosley.

Now if Mosley wins sure go after a Mosley fight but Mosley is just a easy money fight for Margo and he should steamroll him. If Margo beats Mosley, a Mosley fight would become pointless. I dont know how Mosley can be ranked Top 5 anyway, he hasn't won in the WW in nearly two years.

 

Why now? because Margo beat Cotto who was considered the number 1 when Mayweather left, Margo beat him, not Williams was left at number 2 behind Margo, he wants that number 1 position. Whats wrong with that?

 

Paul is not having any problems making 147. None. That's just wishful thinking. Margo and his fans just wish he could move on, so they can forget that fight ever took place.

if Paul wants that shot against Margarito the only thing he has to do is drop down to welter and allow the WBA to rank him accordingly and the fight will sooner or later happen.

if Paul stayed at WW after dumping that WBO title I am sure he would be ranked high enough if not the Mandotory for Margartio. there is a way to make this fight happen if Paul wants the fight bad enough there is an option there for him

You could say the same thing about Margarito regarding Paul Williams, that Tony isnt big enough and that is true, Williams is like 6'3 or 6'4 there is no way he is 6'2 that is for sure.

The fact is Arum is not going to let any of his fighters specially Margo in the ring with Williams. Margo will be forced to vacate his title by Arum before he lets Williams fight him again.

 

Because Margo is the number 1 guy in the division. If Paul beats Margo right now. Paul becomes the man of the division because he is the number 2

 

Good point too. But I dont think he wants to sacrifice his career just to get that 1 fight, and theres a risk Margo will lose somewhere down the road

There is a risk that Tony will lose down the road there is always a risk a fighter will lose, but if he does lose then why not fight that guy? :think

You have to agree with it becuase since then Williams suffered a one sided beat down and Tony picked up two world titles by way of TKO.
