In summary, it's completely ******ed to "pick" boxing matches based on personality, when the objective is to punch somebody in the head

I generally find people like this are of limited intelligence so the way I deal with them is by displaying a superior level of intellect & refusing to stoop to their level no matter how abusive they get.

If less people got involved with pointless arguments, eg "f**k u", "no f**k u mother f**ker", with keyboard warriors they would eventually get bored & go elsewhere. Leaving the rest of us intelligent folk to discuss boxing in peace.

It started out with regular boxing discussions but as he kept picking against Floyd and saying every fighter hes fought since Gatti was going to TKO him kind of got out of hand.

Ive told why, why even analyze a fight when you arn't really analyzing it. He just usually responds with "I know more then you and so and so will TKO Floyd"

 

Then let him keep doing that. Look, I'm not taking sides here but there's no point you trying to tell him to change his ways. There are plenty of other folk who feel the same as you so discuss fights with them. This thread is pretty pointless now.
