vitali is nothing short of a great fighter. he took four years off from injuries, and came back at 37 to beat the snot out of the legendary(by many now closet ESB huggers) Sam peters. No other HW has accomplished such a feat, let alone at an advanced age for a boxer. He is a great champ and I hope he gets to fight valuev and any other HW out there.

 

He has stopped most of his opponents and he should not be knocked for that.Vittali is the best heavyweight around by some way,he will take some beating if he stays fit.The only loses he has both came about due to injury and he was ahead in both fights.

i do not think ali was the greatest heavyweight of all time...not even close. but his decision to face the harsh consequences, both legal and financial, for peacefully expressing his socio-political convictions against the war in vietnam is something i respect about the man, even if i disagree with his perspective.
