Just asking, don't you think that's just a way to negotiate? Now that Pac agrees to the 14 day cut-off, I think Floyd just sees that as an opportunity to push the cut-off date further or use that as leverage to have the advantage on another debated point (gloves, size of the ring, weight penalty, etc...).

the real issue is, who is pac negotiating with?

certainly not floyd...he is only talking to his fans

Well, it's true that considering they would try not to get any info on the negotiations leaked in the different media, that's not the smartest thing to do.

On the other hand, I think he wanted to make sure that if this fight were to fall through, he wouldn't get blamed as much as he could have been. Once again, that's just a way to have the edge during the negotiations.

Good post. If I was in Floyd's shoes, I'd stay quiet for awhile. Be unpredictable for emmanuel pac, and make him get desperate. He'll cave in even more, and the contract will lean towards my way.:good

Yeah, but this whole blood tests issue was on Floyd, why should Arum/Pacquiao give them that leverage, when it's their problem?

True, but Pacquiao wants that fight to be made. Too much money/recognition is involved here.

Floyd had already said their is no cut-off date in the Post fight interview after Mosley fight.

Now all of a sudden Pac wants to do the 14 day cutoff?

    shyt is just crazy.
