Wlad fans (and Wlad himself) call Haye a ***** when he had to pull out with an injury. Now that the shoe is on the other foot. I wonder what bull**** they come up with.

Fighting injuries occur ALL the time, a tear in the abdominal muscle can be really painful, so if that is the case...bad times. But surely people really don't think that he pulled out, because a fight with David Haye would be easier. If you think that, you don't know boxing.

Chisora can punch, but he has a lot of weaknesses. His inexperience over 12 rounds, he doesn't move his head when he throws. Wild when he catches people. can rely too much on his weight. Was hurt against Sam sexton. But, he could still have beaten Wlad, imagine a Haye vs Chisora fight and then Haye sitting down at the negotiating table with WBA, WBO, IBO, IBF and Ring titles....

Got a bit off topic there. but Haye HAS to fight Wlad in 2011.

It would not suprise me after this news if the fight is already made and signed! Both fighters are aware the public want this fight and they have both run out of any quality fights!

Almost 25% of the tickets unsold, three days before the fight.

Maybe next time he will choose a real opponent

You're incredibly defensive about WALDO's glass back, glass heart, glass chin and the fact he is clearly ducking a superior fighter, who is a poor mans Haye.

WALDO is a contract breaker, fraud and liar.

I don't really know what PPV has to do with seeing as people generally book boxing event in the UK a few hours before the fight so they aren't really going to have a projected figure until later.

Giving that the card was looking very good then the figures would have been decent, but even Warren admitted that he lost money on the last Magnificent 7 card.

    1) Its not the same shoe. Both pulled out but the circumstances were totally different.
    2) At first, you guys were saying it was a bigger mismatch than Haye/Harrison but now it looks like Chisora might have pulled an upset.

    Hilarious.

I'm not laughing at Wlad because I like the guy and wish him a speedy recovery; I'm laughing at the nuthuggers who have spent the best part of year telling us that 'being unable to fight due to a back injury = irrefutable proof of ducking'.

    You chumps got yours!

I don't know where you got that info, but according to the SAP arena website, when tickets were for sale you could see an entire seating chart of the Arena....one color was sold, the other color was available. Only around 900 were showing as available to purchase.

So if 11,500 were sold, that means the max for the fight would have been around 12,400.
