Wlad hasn't been "very beatable" since the Castillo fight. Steward has
done wonders with him as he did the tall powerpuncher and master
boxer Lennox Lewis. When Wlad attacked with reckless disregard
as he did in the Mercer fight he looked like a machine of destruction
and then a limited brawler when KO'ed by Sanders. That's long in
the past. Manny's got him outboxing his opponents now. Terrific
lateral movement; less stalking and more accurate punches from distance which frustrate his opponents and force them to make
mistakes which they pay dearly for. Wlad's power is always there
to turn a fight around in a split second vis-a-vis Brock and Austin.

    Anything is possible!
Who knows? Wlad might be able to outjab Povetkin throughout 12 long rounds to win a wide point decision.
Well,I wouldnt bet my house on such an outcome.
Povetkin was one of the most dominating heavy weight forces at the amateurs of all times. He hasnt been defeated for ages.Povetkin can bang, can take a good shot, and always adjusts his style to his opponents ' style.
Povetkin is a very hard nut to crack, and Wlad has been beaten before.
    Could go either way IMO.

These heavys with short arms miss their mark and get countered easily. Chagaev and Povetkin look to have short arms. They would be taking alot of Wlad's face defiguring jabs like Brock ate.

The number of the fight tells not that much. One starts later with long and rich expirience among amateurs so that he needs less fights as a pro. Others start at 19 or 20 with little expirience among amateurs so that they need more preparatory fights as pros. Sven Ottke won his belt at his 13 fight. Just too long and rich expirience.

How about what was Wladimir Klitschko doing 3 years after his Olympic gold medal and what is Povetkin? What was Klitschko doing at 24 years of age and what Povetkin? Doesn\'t look that good for Povetkin, right?
