To beat pac, just block his vision, either by a cut or swollen eye...

I agree with you trowell. People read way too much into the Marquez/Morales fights. Pacquaio is hardly even the same fighter anymore. Even in the second Marquez fight, he was still pretty much a one-handed fighter.

Contrast that to today and it's like comparing apples and oranges. He doesn't throw himself off balance anymore, he's not nearly as reckless, his right hand is as good as his left, he feints, he jabs, he creates angles. The dude is a monster now. I have a real hard time seeing anyone beating him, including Mayweather.

Seriously have you watched the fight? By the 4th round Morales had already controlled the pace of the fight. He did it with superb jab, nice right hand and controlled agression that he had Pac back-pedalling in several occasion.

Admiring Pac is one thing, rationalizing his losses with weak excuses is another. And oh, beign cut is part of the game. It's the job of the fighter to adapt and find a way to win, not make an excuse out of it. Pac clearly accepted his loss, why can't you?

A good jab with some great leg movement is the key. Pac is easy to hit, if his opponet don't get suckered in to a slugfest and just box pac will have some major problems.

i don't think it's just a good jab. More like long reach to fully utilize the jab, and not just pawing jab but piston-like jab to get Pac's respect. Someone who has great chin, coz you will get tag, excellent handspeed and reflexes to effectively counterpunch, a decent power to make Pac respect you, and great physical shape to last 12 fast-paced rounds.

you're smoking crack. That fight was dead even going into the 5th.

cut and headbutts are no excuses. they're part of boxing. I'd be surprised if Floyd can do that kind of damage to Pac.
