clueless and irrational. floyd could say that eating their own **** is nutritious and delicious and these guys would have done so and spread the word.

I guess you could call me a fan of his (I'm a boxing fan who likes watching him fight, as I do many other boxers) and I don't pay much attention to what his ignorant ass has to say, nor do I give two shits about his personal life. I actually appreciate his honesty in those two statements, though. Manny Pacquiao says the exact opposite (I want to give the fans the fights that they want to see, the money is not important, etc.) and then goes on to fight the next hand picked, low-risk high-reward opponent just like Floyd does. :deal

Floyd pitched a ****ing shutout against JMM back in '09 and everybody thought Pacquiao would walk through him at 147 because he looked like **** at that weight. Pacquiao also ducked Shane (saying that he was "too big") before he looked like absolute **** in two consecutive fights and Manny decided that it was now safe to fight him. Margarito, Cotto & Hatton were all coming off bad TKO losses. I can go on and on, but the irrefutable fact is that Manny has been matched up very carefully in recent years... Just like Floyd has. :deal

 

Ok so aside from Shane who did Pacquiao supposedly duck in recent years? If your gonna say he cherry picked you gotta name who who should have fought instead.

Who should he have fought instead of Hoya, Hatton, Cotto, Clottey and Margarito? Who were the bigger challenges in the division?

btw Cotto beat Shane , so if Pacquiao ducked shane to fight a guy who beat him I have a hard time calling that a cherry pick. And btw, Pacquiao fought all these names within a span of 2 years of moving to 147. Floyd has been at welterweight for over 6 years now. It took him like 5 years to finally get around to fighting Shane Mosley , and that was the biggest name on his record aside from Oscar. Before that he was fighting the likes of Baldomir, Judah and Sharmba Mitchell .. all the while you had names like Cotto, Margarito, Mosley, and Paul Williams in the division.
