    Let's wait and see how Haye does at 220 before we either crown him the best thing since sliced bread OR the worst thing since Bush, Jr.

    Please.

    I mean IF he is able to carry his speed and footwork to HW and he has ANY kind of chin, he could absolutely be a terror in the HW ranks and a legit contender.

    Those are 2 big IF'S though. Let's see im fight a couple top 15 guys at HW and then and only then we can make a determination.

    If Haye gets wreckless his chin would cause him a lot of problems though if the power and speed remain he would definitely be a nightmare for anyone he fights. Can't wait to see more of him as a heavyweight this time.

    He has got speed and power at hw.He proved it against Bonin.Ok,Bonin wasn`t in the top 5 but he was rated 12th heavyweight in the world and Haye sparked him in 1 round.That alone should prove that David Haye should be taken seriously.He should become world champion anyway imo.

    Haye is definitely the most exciting fighter in the heavyweights right now. I don't care if he beats Klitschko or not - I just want to enjoy the build up to the event.

    That's what the heavyweights are missing right now - an event. The unification between Ibragimov and Klitschko should have been one - but Ibragimov has no charisma to sell such things and the fight itself was dreadfully monotonous.

    I do think Klit v.s. Peter II will be an event as well. You know Peter will talk some smack and predict a KO win. Can't wait for this one as well!

    Bonin was rated 12 by whom WBO? That does not mean sh**t. Kali Mehaan is currently rated #3 by WBA but he is hardly a Top 25 material, even in the current HW division.

    If i remember correctly from the pre fight build up Bonin was ranked 11th by the WBC but as you say it doesnt mean much

    Talk about over rating a fighter.
    Not so long ago, I saw a thread about how David Haye is an ALL TIME GREAT.
    This is an unproven fighter who Wlad will demolish.

    Yeah, it's annoying when crazy fans say **** like "Haye is the man Wlad needs to beat" ect ect. Lets just wait to see if he can beat someone like Ibragimov first.

    I like Haye though and appreciate his courage for wanting to fight the best in the division right away.
