To me, it seems OBVIOUS Canelo is fighting Lemiuex next...

Isn't this the same thread you did a week ago? You've completely run out of thread ideas haven't you?

This fight is just not interesting to me. Lemiuex is in a bad form. His last fight againt BJS was not impressive.

Maybe if I get lucky Lemieux explodes on Canelo's chin and knocks him out :scared1

Why are you such a bias little troll?

    "Anyone from 154-168"

And if GGG is about greatness why pick and choose who you fight and at what weights?

    Lets be consistent buddy.

Since when am I a Canelo hater? I'm more of a boxing realist.

GGG is a huge payday and an known quantity of risk. Jacobs and BJS are much lower paydays and, at this stage, likely higher risks. Personally, I'd favor both to beat Canelo although I'd root for Canelo over BJS.

Oscar isn't dumb. A defense in May is good money, GGG 3 in September is great money, and they can deal with the younger opposition later.

If Golovkin’s second best win at middleweight isn’t a good enough opponent for a former jr middle, what does that say about the rest of his opponents?

While I don't suspect we'll find out any time soon, I think Jacobs is all wrong for Canelo. I think he could get in, land, and escape laterally on a regular basis. I think he has enough pop to get Canelo's attention.

Honestly, I think it is the best hypothetical bout that nobody is discussing.

That's not to say that I dislike Canelo, either.

GGG's second best win at MW is Canelo
    Lemieux isn't even top 4

These 5 are easily ahead of Lemieux: Jacobs, Geale, Rubio, Macklin, Ouma + you can add the robbery vs Canelo

Now that HBO is out of boxing....a lot of the frontier is going to be changed up for Canelo.

Canelo has to go to Showtime, right??

Oscar would never put him on ESPN to build up Arum.

    Canelo X2
Jacobs (dude gonna rule the MW division after GGG retires)
    Ouma
    Lemieux (destroyed him)

Cotto, Martinez, Chavez Jr were scared from him like dog scared from fire

Now Canelo’s 5 top wins from you
