TO OLD FOGEY. I would like to reconnect

    Approximately one year ago, I posted some unkind comments regarding one of our better posters, namely Old Fogey. The remarks were a tad off base, and a bit attacking in nature. I admit that I really had no right to say these things, as debates are no real ground for insulting others. As a result, Mr. Fogey justifiabely put me on his ignore list, and should he choose to keep me there, I will accept his decision. I would however, like the opportunity to set the record strait by offering a sincere appology.

    Old Fogey, I would like to publicly appologize, and hope that we can once again post openly together.

    I think OLD FOGEY should give Mr. Magoo a second shot, as the appology here seems genuine.

    Mine sometimes reads what i'm writing/reading over my shoulder, then mutters something along the lines of "for God's sake" and wanders off.

    ...........She should be happy you have a constructive hobby.

    On the rare occasions she's over while I'm online,mine just asks, "are you done playing yet?"

    I suppose it would help reinforce the idea this is fine, upstanding adult conversation if I didn;t answer, "No! Not yet! :( "

    Yeah...that there is true.

    Basically they got no right compaining, the internet is awash with pornography and gun clubs, mine saw early days that this was by far the lesser of two evils and actively encouraged it (at least until she saw her first Mankind thread).
