To people say Malignaggi will outbox Hatton...

    ...based on what?

    Malignaggi may have great speed and look like a poof, but he does not outbox people.

    He fights at close to mid range and fights, which is Hatton's fight.

    If Malignaggi had ever shown he could stand at range and outbox someone I could understand this prediction, but he never actually has.

    He's going to get involved in a brawl with Hatton and get beat, ok?

    He'll most likely end up losing to hatton UD, but its usual that people have these fantasys about underdog winning. I think the main reason is becuz people feel he survived and TRYED to box against cotto he can beat hatton now.

    Absolutely correct.

    Always makes me laugh the way more and more people start building up the underdog before a fight.

    I also laugh the way poofter boy keeps using Floyd as an example of how to beat Ricky....

    The 2 things wrong with that are Malignaggi is no where near Floyd and Ricky is stronger at 140 than 147.

    It will be a Ricky UD.

    I would agree that IF he gets involved in a brawl with Hatton, he will most likely lose. But I do not think that this will be his strategy. I also think that Hatton is very much ready for the taking, and Paulie has the tools to outbox him.

    Hatton wins a UD, PM osen't have the power to keep Hatton off him and lets be real PM looked bad in his last fight against Nudo, who isn't even in Hattons league:-(

    Hatton will win. But Malignaggi is an outboxer who likes to fight from angles. He has a great jab but suffers from hand injurys. SOmething tells me that he's gonna injury his hand against hatton AGAIN thus lose or even get stopped

    i DONT CARE WHAT ANYONE SAYS. i SEE PAULIE OUTBOXING HATTON OVER 12 ROUNDS. Hatton is to clumbsy coming in.

    How sure are you that he'll brawl with Hatton?

    People tends to make a conclusions not counting posibilities . . . not thinking that a fighter is capable of playing to new fight plans. AND how about Hatton's physical and mental state? His long lay off? How sure are you that he'll show up just like the Hatton we all knew? :D

    A 50/50 fight for me . . . if Malignaggi plays it as Hatton wants it . . . then he is dumb as **** and he deserves to lose. :yep

    You know why I'm sure he'll brawl with Hatton?

    a) He gets dragged into brawls far too easily.

    b) Anybody who fights Hatton has to fight Hatton's fight. Every single Hatton opponent has fought Hatton's fight. Mayweather beat him at his own game, dominate and bullied him on the inside and after tiring him was then able to beat him from the outside.....Malignaggi won't be able to do this.
