Well Manny Pacquiao isn't even looking like he really wants to square it up with Floyd. I just heard that Marquez wants to have a pre-Pacquiao fight meaning they can very well announce Pac-JMM 4 right after the Bradley fight.

Then the fight doesn't have to be made because an athlete, especially a fighter, has the RIGHT to make sure the competition is on an "even playing field." It is the RIGHT for an athlete to challenge the commission when the commission fails to meet modern standards in testing and has admitted that one of the main problems of not going forward with increase testing is Money.
At one time they didn't check hand-wraps either. At one time they didn't give drug tests. That changed. Things change. You don't have to wait until the commission approves it. This isn't a sport that's run like the NFL, NBA, MLB, etc.
The Commission doesn't hold that same power over Independent athletes.

As far as the fans thinking if he is on PEDs...its a mix crowd. It's mixed on any athlete.
Basically, you have the side that thinks he is on it; you have the side that thinks he is not; and you have the side that doesn't' care because they think everyone is on it and are getting away with it.

I don't think Pac should accept a fixed amount. That's why I'm for a 3rd party coming in like Richie said.
