To the Margarito obsessives claiming that Clottey wasn't injured

lol I didn't see this, so now I'm a nuthugger for pointing out some factual information about a boxer I like and dispelling unfounded rumors huh?

 

The fact that he had a stress fracture, and not a mere bruised knuckle that you put forward in many other threads. The fact that he couldn't use his hand for two months after the fight. AzteK do you pay someone to do your thinking for you or do you just ask whoever's close by to help you understand??

 

-Reread the posts in the thread. I repeatedly acknowledged that Margo also had legit injuries. I didn't include all the Clottey bashing from other threads that claimed Clottey just had no heart, was a quitter, was acting, or was looking for excuses.

-The 'conflicting' reports are from Clottey's interview a week after the fight where he says his hand was not broke, and it seems people ran away with that to make it seem it wasn't injured at all. This thread was to put an end to the rumors.

-I think that most people on the board, myself included, thought Clottey did not injure his hand very badly at all even though he looked like he was in a lot of pain during the fight / complaining consistently / talking to the doctor.
I know, nobody knew he had a stress fracture, and he couldn't use it two months after the fight.

 

Well, I'm a Clottey fan first. But you won't find me hatin' on Margo.

 

No, there were two points a) I had just read about the severity of his injury and I didn't think other people knew

b) To **** on the Clottey hating parade by you and AzteK-Warrior and some others.

The sane Margarito fans already acknowledge that Clottey had something legitamately wrong with his hand. Also no one is denying Margarito was injuried going in (though again I'll point out that that means he judged his injuries manegable enough that he could still pull out a victory).

Can't wait for a rematch it'll be a good fight.
