johnson is not a worthy challenger in my opinion, but how you pointed out, vitali fights two and a half months after his win over arreola against a ranked contender who is available. if you look at it like that, then you have to say vitali is great for boxing.
but i think that vitali trys to make as much money as possible in his last 2 years and trys to let look his resume better.

There are about 30 fighters more deserving than Kevin Johnson. He should have defeated someone in the top 50 before getting a shot. I think James Toney is certainy more deserving than Johnson, should Toney get a shot.. No.

No, I do the ratings for the IBO, ever boxer is rated on actual results. I looked at those available that are ranked higher than Johnson that are available. I dont think ALL those fighters are deserving a shot at the WBC title, but they are more deserving than Kevin Johnson who has never fought a fighter who was rated in the top 50.
