Ok so checked the dates. If Jones took off all that muscle then he had to put it on !!

this so called 25lbs or even 15lbs of muscle was put on in a 6month period between the woods and ruiz fight

Sorry guys this cannot be done , unless he was on somthing

or it was not all muscle

    take your pick

You are making it out to be like he's 60 years old and dead.

15lbs in 5 months is possible. Take that last month, all the cardio he is doing, burns the fat.

No, it doesn't, but you are making it seem impossible because he was 34.

    it was possible.

    Deal with it.

    You kidding me?

Considering the guy was probably stepping into the ring at Light heavy at a little over 180,that means he maybe put on 10-15 pounds in 6 months.

Are you saying thats not possible for someone who is 6 foot and a professional athlete?????

Not only is it possible. Its not even that difficult!

True. And you can't ignore this fact. Really, what great fighters have actually benefitted by dropping down in weight at an advanced age? I'm thinking Jones, Tarver, De La Hoya, Byrd on top of my head. The only benefits seems to be to move UP in weight, not down.

Yeah, we are talking about Jones losing something after dropping down but so did Tarver when he fought Hopkins and NO ONE mentions this.

I dont think its physically possible to put on 15 lbs during a 6 week training camp without steroids.

    I think the choices are:

1: he only put on 8-9 lbs without roids
2: he put on 15 lbs with roids
