Can you explain why Team Lara never once (ever) contacted K2? Twittter and other baby-ball bulls**t doesn't count. This was confirmed by K2 and not refuted by team Lara.

If anyone thinks K2 should have reached out to:
    1. A BORING a$$ fighter that has stunk up the joint several times
    2. Not in his weight class
    3. Has no titles
    4. Brings zero dollars to the table

You'd have to be mentally weak. (Yeah Austin Trout I'm looking at you, you bambi-legged halfwit)

As for Ward, yeah, GGG should take a lot of heat for that. This next stiff won't last 3 rounds and it is a disgraceful matchup IMO. Ward still officially does not have an opponent guy... pick up the phone son. Wade has reach, but he getting slept, Paul Williams style.

Personally I think K2 should have immediately offered Jacobs the same deal they offered Saunders right after Saunders declined before the IBF could order anything. If there is one thing I'm disappointed with, it's that.

If they are gonna fight a Haymon guy, why on earth is it Wade and not Jacobs.

Golovkin makes those Sea Chicken sounds Kovalev described; "Honka..Honka..Honka..Sqwalk".

Well said. Could not agree more. Jacobs has no one lined up.

AFAIK Golovkin is supposed to defend his IBF belt and he can't do that vs Jacobs. Jacobs can't land a BJS fight and certainly no Canelo fight either so a GGG vs Jacobs fight is highly unlikely in the foreseeable future.

Golovkin is the 160 lb. mandatory for El Pollo Alvarez, yet Alvarez refuses to fight him. WBC should enforce their rules, but I predicted they would not, and the will not..............broken promises, over and over again.................the middleweight is 160 lbs., Golovkin weighs-in at 159.........................Oscar is a disgrace also..................I will not watch Khan/Alvarez, I would rather watch a bunch of chickens run around on the farm..................Alvarez is like the chicken in the Rocky movie.................

The other sanctioning bodies to see the regular version of the WBA title as a real world title, so the rule where you are allowed to take a unification before a mandatory does not apply here. If he fights Jacobs instead of Wade, he'd lose the IBF belt.

How can you duck somebody that is not in your weight division?

Lara doesn't want any of GGG. It's just posturing and **** talking on his part.

He could take any fight in the IBF or WBA top 15 at 160 and he'd been instantly a top 3 MW by those 2 ABCs, in which time, he'd been the mandatory instead of Wade.:-(

    I guess your right.
Dominic wade is a more exciting match then the # 1 fighter in the world at 154. A guy who completely took Canelo to school. That wouldn't be a good fight but Dominic wade will

I thought that this fight was impossible to make. But with the Khan-Canelo a reality I am more optimistic. Lara can be less boring against an aggressive wrecking machine like GGG. So the HBO might be inclined to build the fight. I don't think that Haymon will risk Jacobs right away, but Lara can be sacrificed. I would love the see that fight because I'm pretty sure Golovking will KO him in 6 rounds max and will shut for a day or two all the critics. Then it will be ward all over again.

In a fight that around 50-60% of the press-row and judges scored for Canelo. I can accept a score for Lara or a draw but nobody got schooled in that match. Lara moved too much and stick far to less to make a significant statement.
