For one of the first times ever, I actually agree with the MitchiganWarrior.
Popkins is a true sad case

:patsch Why doesn't Popkins answer HEADBANGER's 7 magnificent questions?

To the casual onlooker it appears that Popkins is yet again ducking HEADBANGER. :dead:verysad

While McClellan wad being attended to after losing to Benn, I remember Benn being asked if he wanted to fight Roy Jones, and Benn seemed unsure saying I know that Jones is if memory serves was a different breed of fighter and that hell wait and see what the future holds. I used to have those comments too, lost them.

don't be too harsh fella's, we don't want pissy popkins to get that upset that he abandons the popkins identity again and feels forced to start posting under his alter-ego 'kittikasem' account again :oops::oops::oops::oops:

the deep throating ducker is probably hid behind the sofa, crying as we speak :lol::lol::lol::rofl

    :huh is this for real?

The names listed make no real difference but jackson, liles, benn and dm would improve his resume and legitimise his championship credentials.

Ofcourse he'd have been a huge favourite over them all and for some just being the best is enough, that's fair enough. For me I like to see them actually beat the best consistently. These guys were the best. Ofcourse so were hopkins and toney.

Either your comment is ridiculous mate.

QUESTION: Steve, Roy Jones Jnr showed absolutely no interest in fighting you for a unification fight at super-middleweight. It's difficult to believe that the man who has been the best pound-for-pound fighter for the past 10 years or more would have been scared of you in the slightest. What was the real reason the fight never even got to the negotiation table?
    James Slattery
STEVE COLLINS: Well James, I travelled to Pensacola to see Roy Jones fight and I actually climbed into the ring after his fight. I accused him of avoiding me and I challenged him live on national TV. At the post-fight conference I spoke to Jones and the press, I called him a coward and a yellow dog and I offered to fight him, winners take all. I would have beaten Roy Jones and he knew it!

That was after the Richard Frazier fight, and the fight was close to being made until Collins collapsed in sparring with Howard Eastman and decided against it.

Collins priced himself out for four years. He wanted $3,000,000!!
