Each to their own. I think Nunn at his best was better Jones Jr. Many would agree. Nunn was about the most talented fighter there was, biggest waste of talent atleast.

Look no further than the Toney fight. Nunn changed his style to prove a point, he just stood right in front of Toney and completely outboxed him for 8-9 rounds. Jones Jr wouldn't stay still, he just wouldn't stand with Toney or attempt a knockout. If Nunn moved more like he usually did and aimed for points, Toney probably wouldn't have won one second. And that was peak Toney v Nunn and dead Toney v Jones Jr.

 

Would you have fought Nunn, being a 6ft3in southpaw with hand and foot speed to rival your own? Can't blame Jones Jr for ducking him.

 

i'd rather beat a dead toney than get the **** knocked out of me by a "peak" one

 

who knows what would have happened had jones fought nunn. nunn really is underrated to me although some say he is overrated. i liked his performance against Frank Tate.

 

His performances against Watts, Roldan and Curry were immense too - I don't think he got hit!

4 - why does ward go down on your list after beating both abrahams and bika, how can ward fight better comp than that when he is in the tournament?

5 - where do you now rank froch p4p in your list?

6 - glen johnsons only half decent win at super-middleweight is v alan green. johnson has losses at supermid to kinawuka, sosa, ottke, branco, sheika, and vanderpool, so why does this win justify you moving froch up the p4p rankings?

7 - both ward and froch beat abraham convincingly, there only other fights were victories over bika (ward) and johnson (froch). who do you think has the better supermiddleweight resume in bika and johnson?
