you know what the ironic thing is, none of those 7 original questions are trolling questions, they are genuine questions that you are just scared to answer and have had to resort to ducking them and then tried to change the goalposts by going off on a tangent.

you know that and i know that, and nothing will change that fact :smoke

Or, the truth is that I refuse to spend 20 minutes of my time typing out answers to a series of questions I've had imposed upon me by a poster who is known throughout this website as an utter joke and a biased troll. Obviously, I don't take orders from anyone on this website.

You know, and I know, that would be beneath me. We both know who produces serious boxing threads, and who produces this:

    PWNAGE :party:party:party:party:party:party:party:party

You're a troll to be mocked, not taken seriously. :smoke

(9th time time the original 7 boxing questions got ducked by pissy popkins)

I'm not to be taken seriously so you have spent the last 24 hours responding to me :oops::oops:

you refuse to spend 20 minutes of your time answering legitimate boxing questions but you have been prepared to spend 9 pages trying to change the goal posts and going off on a tangent in order to duck the original 7 questions i asked :oops::oops:

I read that Liles beat McClellan in the amateurs. How many times did they fight?

Liles and Nunn would of been his toughest fights at smw
If Eubank couldnt beat Collins then he wouldnt of had much of a chance against Jones. He had clearly outgrown the division by 95 and should of moved up to lhw.

Thing is, in that era Jones would of won easily anyway against those 3 so it wouldn't have done much more for his legacy. It's like people saying Martinez should fight Strum, Geale and Slyvester. Or Donaire should fight Moreno, Agbeko and Kameda.

They're gonna win anyway so what would it matter?

Obviously no, just saying that its unfair to base a case for Eubank against Jones Jnr on this fight. also think its unfair to say because he lost twice to Collins means Jones would have destroyed him.

    Styles make fights.
Im irish and think prime eubank woulds have toyed with Collins
Think Eubank would have gave Jone Jnr a close fight mighnt have been the most action packed fight mind.

I disagree. I think all this "Jones avoided Eubank/Benn/Collins" stuff is a stupid myth, for the reasons stated on the first page of this thread, but I do disagree with what you're saying as well. Of course Jones would've pistol-whipped all three of these guys, but that in itself is not justification for fights not happening in general terms. Many people thought Pavlik would crush Hopkins & Martinez (and he didn't), many people thought Mosley would beat Forrest & Winky (and he didn't), and many people thought Pacquiao would dominate Hatton & Cotto (and he did). Greatness is proven in the ring, nowhere else, that's how the greats separate themselves from the good, with consistency and class.

I think Mayweather would probably have beaten Tszyu, Cotto, Margarito, Williams and a younger version of Mosley... but that he never bothered to fight them before his fake retirement in 2008 speaks volumes about him. Unlike Roy, he had ample opportunity to fight these guys (Cotto & Margo especially) and he held all the cards, yet he chose not to, even when he was offered $9m to face Margarito.

Good post. The only fighter I felt Jones shouldve fought out of all of the false, fiction, fabricated stories but didn't was Dariusz Michelzewski. DM was unfairly stripped of his title. Even then, I mean where would the fight have been at? Liles, Nunn, Collins, Roccoghiani, Bennett, Eubank...lies were told that Jones ducked these guys. Jones went for the money and bigger fights then.
