Bone Crusher was better than Chisora. He actually won a piece of the title. Clinching is one thing, winning is another.

What does Bonecrusher have that Wlad lacks? An UPPERCUT. There is absolutely no deterent for Tyson on the way in outside of Wlad's straight punching.

Tyson would constantly lean to his left on the inside, and bang left hooks to Wlad's body until eventually he goes upstairs and has Wlad crawling around the ring, picking up the pieces of his life.

They call it Tyson's 'silent agreement' and how he was willing to clinch in fights maybe you should take time out and watch it the Bonecrusher fight is covered in it.

 

Big difference was Tyson was he one being clinched so he pushed Bonecrusher off him which is fine because it was Bonecrusher who was infringing upon the rules.

Wlad was the one illegally clinching as well as pushing.

 

You need to watch the documentary above Tyson also initiated clinches in several fights and was content to do just that. Video evidence along with commentary is provided. :good

 

Bonecrusher was a World Champion heavyweight, not the best I grant you, but he still Won the title, he also KOed Frank Bruno (a future WC who beat McCall, who once beat Lennox), not many fighters can say that.

No heavyweight champion of the World can be called a bum.
