i could have said he lost to johnson, which alot of people believe. the guy is fighting someone who got seen too at a lower weight and for some reason americans are bigging this up as a great fight which means something when in reality: if he wins: so what, even froch beat him if he loses: he got beat by someone who was easily beaten by carl froch.

The fact that he needed TWO fights is what's sad. ****, he even needed TWO fights against Tarver. And the thing is, you're supposed to shine your second time around, but still nobody outside of ESB knows who the **** Chad Dawson is or gives a ****. Maybe if he would have knocked out a prime Johnson like Hopkins did way back in the day, or beat the **** outta Tarver unquestionably and almost knock him out like an old as **** Hopkins did when he got outta his wheel chair, you could start braggin about him. But just the fact that he needed 4 fights with those OLD ASS mother ****ers is what's sad.

Dude I really dont care how many fights it took him! He still beat him, period! And tell the truth about the Tarver fight...Tarver enforced his rematch cluase so dont throw that crap at me like I dont follow whats going on surrounding the fight between the two. And since you claim he's so overrated who else is he suppose to fight? I love how you guys try to nitpick and make a big fuss over nothing!
