Nope, Wlad is younger, faster... and moves much better on his feet. Vitali isn't hard to find, although he isn't easy to hit. However, seeing is how he will be 38 years old by the time that they fight, and was retired for about 4 years, in addition to his injury problems... it isn't outlandish to think that he may be in for a very tough fight. Vitali looked great against Peter, but as a fan who has followed him his entire career... he wasn't exactly like he used to be. His legs to me... looked like there was something wrong. Not only did he have them taped... but he didn't seem to be able to move on them as he used to.

Looking at the two, it seems like Haye is built perfectly for Vitali to destroy. He is to a certain effect.... but we are thinking about the way that Vitali used to be. Now, we are talking about Vitali another year older, and who knows by then.

BTW, it was Haye who changed his tune about which Klitschko he wanted to fight. Blame David Haye. Wladimir called David Haye out in the ring after the fight saying "I don't hear David Haye. He was so loud before... so, where is he?"

Yet, after watching Wlad demolish Hasim Rahman, David Haye seemed to change his tune about which Klitschko he wanted to fight. Haye showed up at the post fight press conference and called out Vitali saying that he would rather fight Vitali Klitschko, than Wlad. It's hilarious how finally, when Wlad was free to fight Haye next if he wanted to... and Wlad even finally turns his attention towards him, and calls him out... Haye decides to take a different route and all of the sudden he isn't interested in fighting Wlad next.:yep Yet... people blame Wlad and say that he ducked Haye... as if he can force Haye to get into the ring with him or something.

Wow, what bad timing. Did you read my last post? I happen to think that Haye is very exciting, fast, powerful, ect... The only thing that has EVER bothered me about him, is that he tried to jump right into the Heavyweight title picture by running his mouth. I don't like that in any fighter. I would LOVE to see him earn it by beating a top 5, or even a top 10 heavyweight. It would give MUCH more credibility to the fight... rather than just have the fans like yourself turn around after the fight and say... "Oh well, he was just a blown up Cruiserweight anyways".

I have never posted as Widdow Maker on any boxing.com. You must be thinking of someone else.

However, you are also thinking of the wrong guy anyways. I am the guy who gets ripped on for talking GREAT about fighters who are scheduled to fight... with people normally saying that I am just trying to "make the fight look credible". Just like when I talked great about Sturm, Brewster, and Pac... saying that Pac had a great chance to even stop Oscar at this stage. Yet, everyone bashes me for saying it before the fights... and then ignores the fact that I said it afterwards. Amazing logic that you guys use.

So 'fan of boxing' Window is blaming Haye for the fight with VITLAY, because WALDO called Haye out in the ring - knowing full well that contract negotiations for the Haye V VITLAY fight would be taking place later that evening

    Priceless stuff, as usual.

Pretty much everyone knows Haye has less chance of beating VITLAY than WALDO but the kid has talked the talk and now he's going to walk the walk after only 2 fights at the weight - and 'fan of boxing' Window is trying to bash him for it.

Look at you, already building up excuses in case Haye loses. How suprising.

I see nothing wrong with Haye fighting Vitali first. It actually makes more sense as Wlad is clearly the more established Champion. If Haye beats Vitali the fight against Wlad is HUGE. I am simply saying that it's funny to hear you guys acting like Wlad has ducked Haye... when he had absolutely no opportunity to fight him until after this fight... and then Haye himself came to the press conference and called out Vitali saying that he would rather fight him.... after Wlad had expressed interest in fighting Haye. You will simply find any reason to bash Wlad, even when there clearly isn't any base to it.

did someone invent a drill in training that can improve ones chin???? If not then Wlads chin still sucks. Its just been a while since someone has touched it good.

I honestly never posted on boxing.com. I am old school... why the hell would I lie about posting on boxing.com?:huh I really never started posting on message boards until sept. of 2003 when I decided to begin posting here. Up until that point, I had made a few off hand posts at a couple different small boards... but was never under the name Widdow Maker, and I was never posting on boxing.com under that name. You people are odd.... everything is a conspiracy to you guys.

I'm not building up excuses, I said all along (just like everone else) that you have to pick VITLAY should the fight come off. Haye has more chance than anyone else around and will come to the ring in shape and will fight with ambition, unlike most Klit victims.

If Haye were fighting WALDO I'd pick Haye to win - obviously VITLAY sees this too which despite all your excuses is exactly why this fight is being made. VITLAY doesn't have long left in the sport, if Haye KO's WALDO now then by the time the usual Klit revenge match is made big brother will be nearly 40 years old. See, I can speculate as to why it's happening too, good fun isn't it?

If you truly believe that... then you must also believe that Wlad has the best defense in the history of boxing. The man can go his entire amateur and pro careers... over 200 fights... only being hit good in 3 fights. The reality is that Wlad never had a bad chin to begin with. If it wasn't for ignorant fans who think that everytime a boxer is knocked down or stopped that it has to do with his chin... we wouldn't have these sort of silly misunderstandings. Other than Sanders knocking Wlad around the ring... Wlad's chin has never shown to be a problem in any other fight... even his other losses. Sanders beating Wlad had nothing to do with Wlad's chin... it had to do with Sanders speed, and power... and the fact that Wlad was completely unable to stop getting blasted in the face by huge flush power shots, over and over again. It doesn't matter how good your chin is... if you are hurt (which happens to everyone), and you have no idea how to protect yourself, or get yourself out of that situation... and you keep getting pasted in the face... you are going to go down. It's boxing.
