They underrate him allot on this forum my friend, against Bowe he put on a masterclass, low blows aside, probably the worst beating Bowe took Golota should have had more learning fights before fighting Bowe imo BTW I think he batters Adamek
But could Adamek take what Bowe took? The punishment Golota dished out? I think the Michael Grant fight showed Adamek would have trouble with a taller opponent
Maybe I'm being a bit too hard on Golota. It's not his fault he looks like a ****** that eats children I guess.
this is true, but i think adamek has a good enough CHEEEN, movement (not great but good) and fast hands to cause golota to get frustrated let's not overrate rate the bowe performance (as i drastically underrate it). that was not bowe in there, no matter the performance by golota everyone looks good against a punching bag
True, in fact their actual fight probably showed how ADamek would deal with AG. We cant overrated the Bowe performance. We also cant knock Ag for his losses How would Adamek do against Bowe, Tyson and Lewis? AG may have lost to these, but he had superior opposition than Adamek
And this is bull****, Bowe was the same Bowe who just stopped Holyfield, beat GOnzalez and Hide. Golota used the jab, straight punches to be first on Bowe's leaky defense. Golota beat Bowe out of boxing
i don't know, watching those fights he don't look the same to me and golota lost both fights. i've gotten my ass kicked plenty but if the other guy drills me in the dick, he still loses i don't credit golota's legacy at all for those fights but he showed tremendous skills
He looked the same as against Tony Tubbs for me :yep Bowe's defense and outside game can be horrible and Golota seriously exposed that. Yes Bowe wasn't tip top shape in fight 1, in fight 2 he was In fight 1 I think the DQ was premature and Bowe got away with fouls himself. In fight 2 Golota dropped the ball, literally (x2) Still a great losing effort does help legacy, ie Taylor-Chavez, Hearns-Leonard
:!:you know what pp, you brought my achilles heel: taylor-chavez. can't argue with that analogy still: **** andrew golota:bbb
Bit of an Golota fan after watching those fights the other day, great wars, great skills from Golota (for a Super HW), if he'd learnt how to move, jab and counter better he could have won that fight going away instead of fouling out, a bit of a shame, he should have won those fights
it was his combination punching that got me. it was as fluid as douglas against tyson though you're right: he needed to learn how to move. his mobility was **** but he neutralized it with that jab. (to beat such outstanding opponents as orlin norris and mike mollo)
