This is not a size fight. This is a styles fight. Joe will get inside and do a lot of damage while he's there. Wlad has never shown me the ability to fight an inside shootout at all, let alone do so and win against a great fighter. Then again, he's never been in with an inarguable great, period. I'm not saying "Frazier easily" or anything like that but I don't see Wlad winning this one.

I hate when people think boxers have gotten better when it's essentially the opposite on the whole.

The guys that Ko'd wlad?....it doesn't matter...we are talking about today's version which is light years ahead of the wlad that was Ko'd by sanders etc. Todays WLad dusts those guys and he definately KO's Smokin Joe...

If we were to judge every fighter by their worst performances then LL, Tyson, etc. would be average... Lets judge on their best night...Wlad's best is way too much for Joe Frazier's best!

Are you freaking kidding me? Quarry nor Ellis would be HW belt holders today.

This is typical for ESB. When taken down to the task the pundits here list meaningless KO victories over 6"0 opponents and try to sell that as irrefutable proof how Wlad would get "murdered" and "dusted off within 6 rounds". Nobody is saying these guys are worse than the likes of Chambers, Byrd or Ibragimov. But are they head and shoulders above Wlad's competition? Oh please. Ridiculous.

Frazier has neithered "murdered" nor "dusted off" nor "easily walked through" NOBODY.. I repeat NOBODY... that even comes close to Wlad. Not in size, not in quality of opposition, not in dominance of their era, not in longevity, not in overall boxing skill, not in amateur pedigree, not in reach nor in power and punch. NOBODY. Get it?

So please, let's stop with the bull**** how beating a prime Wlad would be a walk in the park for Frazier. In fact, trying to beat Wlad would be a ride to hell and back for Joe. Not impossible, just highly highly unlikely.

Are you crazy? the 70's fighters were ten feet tall! had steel for skin!
    razor wire for hair!
the power of ICBM's in both hands!
    They Fa*ted mustard gas!
Maybe, just maybe Waldimir would go 1/10th of 1 round with the worst of the 70's fighters..........

Oscar Bonavena put Frazier down twice in the 2nd round on the way to a MD loss...what would WLad have done to him?

Compare Wlad to the guy who put frazier down twice in a round... i can make up ridiculous hypothetical situations too!:hi:

I'd rather tell people I was dropped twice by Oscar Bonavena than KO'd by part-time golfer Corey Sanders.:rofl

That wasn't your point...you compared frazier to sanders who knocked out a lesser version of Wlad....I compared Wlad to Bonavena who knocked Frazier down twice in a round....I was using your logic to prove that your point is ridiculous...

    1. Wlad today is much better then the Wlad that was knocked out by Sanders
    2. Wlad is bigger stronger and better then Bonavena
    3. Wlad would have KO'd Frazier if Bonavena could put him down

Please don't change the subject...respond to these points without altering your arguement
