Heavyweight prospect Todd Duffee is a free agent. A little more than one year after Duffee burst onto the UFC scene with a seven-second knockout of Tim Hague, the 24-year-old is no longer employed by the sport's largest mixed martial arts promotion. MMAjunkie.com learned of the UFC's decision from multiple sources with knowledge of the move, and Duffee's manager, Alex Davis, confirmed the report. http://mmajunkie.com/ This content is protected
I saw him listed on a card and thought it was shitty if Russow wasn't getting another UFC fight first. Oh well.
He was supposed to fight on the undercard of UFC 121, but he got injured, so they replaced him with Yvel.
Because he is still young and has only lost one fight (which he was dominating up until getting knocked out)?
it couldnt have benn cause the way he fights in the octagon. sometink must have got said to dana or somwthing
Any one know the real story behind this? It's hard to believe the UFC would cut Duffee three months after a loss with a 1-1 record, including the fastest KO on their books.
