Always said Harrison was completely unproven.

Zero amatuer pedigree + fighting bums your whole career= completely unproven and no sign of great potential

Pro american nut jobs like std taught he was the second coming of Hearn .

A lot of people taught he was a top prospect too but always remember
No top class amatuer pedigree + only fighting buns your whole career = nothing what do ever

Your about 1 level up from a carnival strong man in my book until you've achieved at least one part of that equation

Harrison was doing well, but as the fight went into the later rounds he was losing it, Nelson had the experience and it paid off. Harrison needs to work on his stamina so he can keep his form the entire fight. He sill has a future, but time will tell.......................not a good opponent for him tonight though, they should have known better.................

If he doesn't win a title in the ridiculously poor lightweight division Id be shocked

I like caleb plant at middleweight I think his got way more potential than Harrison but doesn't get any hype at all

Harrison reminds me of Thomas Williams jr at light heavy weight , a guy who isn't actually very good and has proved nothing who suddenly becomes a top prospect in his respective division becuase his the last american hope left there. This cycle at light heavyweight and middleweight will be continued by marcus Browne jr and terrell gausha who are actually even worse than Harrison and Williams jr

Ya they all seem to suffer from brain damaged delusions too

A shot to pieces campillo would break his face open let alone Stevenson or kovalev

Shame Manny isn't alive for a variety of reasons, but I strongly doubt Tomy have that kind of spoiled, entitled brat attitude if he were still around.

from what I saw it was a small JMW against a massive JMW . . . . . the guy was like 6'3!

considering Harrison was more than holding his own against a much bigger opponent i give his a lot of credit, hes rough around the edges but he still has a lot of potential and one loss like that does not define him. Just a shame hes being mismanaged by Al Haymon like a lot of his fighters are.

If he gets a good trainer (preferably someone like John David Jackson) he could easily come again in the next few years. Despite his loss i was impressed by a lot of things he was doing, he just needs to work on his conditioning and fight a little bit smarter.

This is what some of us mean when we say a chin is the most important attribute in boxing. If you have shaky whiskers, you are always one punch away from losing.

I swear general aka gramsey is legitimately slow. He's by far the most uneducated and dumbest poster on this forum. Even the second most uneducated imbecile Lepin is far smarter than gramsey :lol:.

He looked pretty good. His stamina failed him, throwing all those fastb@lls the whole night. And Willie just caught him at the right time. Inexperience had him turning his back on the ref when he got up...or maybe he was that hurt...dunno. But, he will be back.

First time I've seen him yesterday and I didn't see anything special, he looks like a type of fighter that wouldn't look out of place headlining ESPN's FNFs, I hear he's got power but that wasn't apparent yesterday at all.

I mean even the likes of Charlo brothers who I'm not at all impressed with either actually look like far superior fighters to this guy, you can just see it from a glance the quality difference in their work.
