Id like him to fight Malignaggie (NY) and Witter (belt unification in UK after Witter beats Rees)

Then perhaps one last shot at a name in welter and retire.

 

Let him fight De La Hoya first, and I'd even say Cotto (that would be an interesting fight). Winner of Cotto-Hatton (assuming he doesn't lose to De La Hoya), gets a shot at PBF.

 

Its really up to Mayweather to decide for a rematch not Hatton and to b honest i doubt Floyd will give him a rematch just imagine all the bull**** he'll get n for good reason too! I mean why should he give him a rematch for money? He has enough of it already, point blank why should he fight a man he already beat when theirs so much more competition out their for him!!

I think it shows how much heart Ricky Hatton has that he would immediately start talking about a rematch with Mayweather. This is the sign of great fighters. He was beaten - he wants to go right after the man who beat him. I don't think Hatton can fight any better in a rematch - yet Floyd could box him easily instead of in-fighting next time around. I don't see Mayweather taking a rematch with Hatton - but good for Hatton to want one. He's no Naseem Hamed.

 

I don't entirely disagree with this statement. I do believe if Ricky had not been caught by that check hook - he would have kept coming at Mayweather and trying his best to keep fighting him. I think a rematch is not entirely out of the question - but I don;t see it going any better for Hatton. As much as I hate to say it - Floyd is too good for him.

 

Agreed. He's not worthy to begin with so he should just clarify that he is the best little man outta Europe if its still true.

And probably a respect-losing fight. There is no way I'd miss a rematch, but Floyd shouldn't pick any more "easy" fights if he wants his P4P King ATG title to be taken seriously. Cotto should be next on his list.
