I doubt Jones would want to come back and face this dude. I can't see jones doing anything to stop getting run over.
Unlike Gayne Tom also has very good MMA grappling so Jones will struggle there. On the feet Aspinall wrecks no power Jones.

Ecstatic for Aspinall but he would have massive problems with Jones wrestling skills.

The last 2 guys he fought at LHW weren't wrestlers and they had no problem with it. Both them guys have gone on to be flatlined since and Jones couldn't wobble them. I doubt Jones comes back after the injury, Aspinall is only going to improve in the mean time.

It was a 50/50 fight and it would be 50/50 again, he got the shot and win, it could've gone either way and in fact, i'd probably back Tom to lose a rematch

Don't see how anyone could watch what transpired there and actually favor Sergai over Tom in a rematch.

Tom is the heir apparent at Heavyweight and neither stipe nor Jones will want a piece of him. They will ride off into the sunset and concede the throne to Tom without a fight.

I've never been so confident of a fight ending in the first round, or at least a fight between two legit top contenders

I didn't know which way it was going to go though

I thought people were sleeping on Aspinall's power and I believed he could win via KO too

However, I expected it would be more likely he would win via submission or ground & pound after taking Pavlovich down and if Pavlovich won it would be via KO on the feet.

I expected Aspinall's speed and movement would give Pavlovich problems and I feel Pavlovich got a little too excited and reckless after clipping him with that big left hook but Aspinall's speed, power and accuracy paid off when he caught him with those two big rights.

Aspinall is super athletic, quick of both and and foot for a big man. The most athletic, quick and agile MMA HW I've ever seen.

I think he beats Jones and Stipe who is old now as he's very dangerous on his feet and on the ground too. He's a really good boxer and a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt.

I didn't want any of the fighters in the co-main and main event to lose tonight. All four of them are not only really talented, pack serious power, but they're all gentlemen out of the ring too.

Aspinall's father seems like a really humble likeable guy too. He's dedicated his life to helping his son achieve his dream. Nice interview.

    Same.

They were both such awesome yet bittersweet matchups in that someone had to lose.
