First Resurrecting the Champ about Bob Satterfield (with Samuel L. Jackson and Josh Harnett).

The Fighter about the life of Micky Ward (with Mark Whalberg and Matt Damon)

And another Boxing movie will be coming soon, Roberto Duran (not sure about the title).

Cruise will need a tan, and Duran already asked Cruised to be in his movie.

Holyfield that was in Panama said that Tom will need a nose job, because he has a very big nose

Bull----! None of these hollywood lib/pansies could play Duran, least of all jump-on -Oprah's-couch Tom Cruise. They should scour Panama or anywhere south of the border for an unknown Latin kid to play Duran. Cruise as Duran is as dumb as that rumored movie back in the 80's or 90's that was to star Mickey Rourke as Carlos Monzon.

Ditto Benicio Del Toro, tho' it'd be a rough haul to play Duran across the decades. Benicio's weight would need to span at least 10-15 lbs to make it credible. He wouldn't actually need to weigh 135 to play Duran of the 1970s - just matching him up against a similar sized actor/boxer would be good enough - but he'd need to get trimmer than he has been in years.

A Duran movie has been around 8 years in the making. I first read about it in a newspaper, and still have the cutting of it.

Cruise is a great actor, so he might be able to pull it off. He'd have to do a LOT of work though. He has the right height. I'd love to train him to make his boxing style look authentic. There are a lot of moves that he'd need to know and to pull off the boxing would be difficult and would require a lot of attention to detail and a lot of work in the gym with him. He'd probably need to watch a lot of footage of Roberto.
