It may say in the rule book that you ain't a 154pounder if you hold the MW championship , but that clearly isn't the case with Cotto.
He is a 154 pound fighter defending the MW belt by dragging guys under the weight. That is the fact of the matter .
If you can't understand this very simple situation you should quit posting on boxing forums.

I don't, I'm consistent with this when it comes to Ward, Lomachenko, Kovalev, Mayweather, Rigondeaux whoever.

I don't see you bashing Ward for not moving up though and "ducking" Stevenson/Kovalev/Beterbiev.

i can honestly see the fear in ggg fans "oh ward isnt a splash for ggg"...."ward doesnt sell nobody watches his fights"....its the same thing pac fans used to feel...they acted like they wanted the fight....but when reality set in they wanted to make excuses.....the same would happen to ggg most likely against ward...he gets outclassed and then its back to fighting taureano johnson on hbo so people can say "oooo ahhhh good boy".......you guys really keep using the "nobody watches ward fight" lines like it matters....aye...no one watched willie monroe, heiland or curtis stevens either.......at least ward would prove something....but it something you dont want to see proven so i understand

 

Can´t believe somebody or something (troll company) wants to make threat like this and there are trolls who can make it 5 pages long.

Of course GGG wants Cotto and if Cotto is a real champion at 160 he should want to fight GGG as well. But it doesn´t seem that way. GGG is a real champ at 160. People will remember this for many years; Cotto is not only ruining his reputation but the sport of boxing.
