i'm a golovkin fan you pacturd. I've defended him countless times, i just think it's moronic for Loeffler to say we'll be pleasantly surprised when it's an opponent we all know Golovkin beats easily. Understand you pacturd? Golovkin staying at 160 is absolutely fine, he wants to unify and taht's his natural weight.

And like I thought no numbers, lmfao at lemieux being the bigger draw than ward, stop talking out of your ass to give golovkin an excuse.

Mixed feelings if it's Lemieux. On one hand, the fight could be a FOTY candidate. On the other hand, I like Lemieux and don't want to see him get ruined which is a distinct possibility.

My feelings exactly, they're jumping the gun on this one, let Lemieux build up some more wins before taking all of the momentum he's built back up after the Rubio loss.

For what it's worth, it seems like this Loeffler fella is singing a new tune everyday.

I'd be surprised if Golden Boy succumbed to any deals with GGG being I'm certain the WBC will bend over backwards for Canelo.

All of this annoys me, I want to see GGG fight Ward and beat him, but Ward will beat him.
I want GGG to fight and knock Cotto out cold, but that ain't gonna happen beccuse Cotto won't fight him.

I like Canelo and Lemieux and think they are good for the sport as far bringing fans in, and don't want to see them KO'd but if any of them fight GGG it will be those two.

But yeah I'll believe this when its set in stone as well, it'll most likely fall through as well.

    You don't act like one.

How could you not be happy with Golovkin vs Lemieux? That would be a super fun, exciting fight. Yes, Lemieux will lose, but it'll be FOTY material while it lasts. I question your fandom by you criticizing the matchup.

How do I not act like one? Ask CST, who's on this thread if I've constantly defended GGG, or if I'm a fan. Who said I'm not excited for this fight? Either way stop overhyping Lemieux up, I swear you found out about him in 2015. It'll be fun to see Golovkin fighting someone who can hit just as hard as him, but he's a million times more skilled and polished, I'm not going to give Loeffler credit for saying "you will be pleasantly surprised", because if GGG is not moving up and trying to unify, these are the fights he should be taking. I'd be pleasantly surprised if he fought Ward/Degale who are light years better than Lemieux. GGG stops him within 8 max.

I just don't see GGG's team having any leverage over Oscar and his commodities.

But the fight I'd personally still be most interested in seeing GGG face that I think is more likely to come together than Ward, Mario, or Saul, is Andy Lee.

Has Lee made a move to Canada I'm unaware of? That would be awesome!

Lee is fighting Saunders in September. It won't be him.

Yeah, I know that was just scheduled fairly recently. But I still think we will be more apt to see GGG in there with Lee than with Canelo, Cotto, Mario, Andre, etc.

Same here, I don't think just based off of how ecstatic Oscar and BHop were while watching Lemieux-N'Dam that they're ready to sell him down the river yet. As far as Lee goes I'd love to see that and I fully believe Andy will fight him, but I'm not sure he'll make it past Saunders.
