Modern gloves, and rules who takes this?
    * Sharkey has a years training to acclimatise himself to not fouling as a matter of course.

As long as Wyatt Earp checks his guns in at the town's limits, Oscar sinks the sailor.

If its modern rules, then Sharkey is at a huge disadvantage, no matter any training for rule breaking. Sharkey trained for 20-25 rounds (though he was capable of starting fast, as shown by his 11 first round KOs) and losing certain tactics would ruin his style

Bonavena UD over 12 rounds. I think Sharkey might get dropped at somepoint early-mid rounds

    Its definitely ugly and sloppy.

Sharkey about as tough as they come but he makes Bonavena look like a technician.

Bonavena wins a decision in a tough fight.

    Sharkey beats the overrated Bonavena.

Very hard fight ,with two tough guys. I see Sharkey and Oscar at their brawling best with the ref having second thoughts of jumping in to separate em !
But after a relentless slugging fight and a kd for each I see a split win for Ringo .
