he been banging on about this for ages - matchroom has more or less exclusive access to the gb podium squad at shefield. Eddie is always up there , froch trains there and rob mccraken is the head coach there. Aint no top gb member going anywhere else
If what he was tweeting last week was true about not being paid then this would be a logical step for him, going with Matchroom has elevated Tony Bellew again and could do the same for Mitchell

why would Mitchell be saved by Matchroom, what does he offer them? He's going to need a lot of rebuilding and he's hardly proven himself to be the most reliable person to work with
I like what hearns is doing hes looking to put 2 or 3 big fights on each card and a couple of prospects his stable is growing all the time and instead of having one decent fight and afew **** fights on shows like a certain other promoter hes filling em up. iv heard he doesnt do signing fee and pays by fights so mitchell earns when he fights pretty risk free for hearn and i feel mitchell has some good fights left in him just coz he may not be a world champ doesnt mean he cant entertain crowds
