Something looks a little fishy here.

These are the new WBC heavyweight rankings:

    Chump: Beyonce Wilder

1 .- Alexander Povetkin (Russia) SILVER
    2 .- Anthony Joshua (GB) INTL/COMM
    3 .- Bermane Stiverne (Haiti/Canada)
    4 .- Kubrat Pulev (Bulgaria)
    5 .- Carlos Takam (Cameroon)
6 .- Joseph Parker (New Zealand) OPBF
7 .- Andy Ruiz (Mexico) NABF
    8 .- Tomasz Adamek (Poland)
    9 .- Bryant Jennings (US)
    10 .- Malik Scott (US)
    11 .- Artur Szpilka (Poland)
    12 .- David Haye (GB)
    13 .- Dereck Chisora (GB)
    14 .- Steve Cunningham (US)
    15 .- Johann Duhaupas (France)
    16 .- Kyotaro Fujimoto (Japan)
17 .- Dominic Breazeale (US) AMERICA
    18 .- Mariusz Wach (Poland)
    19 .- Alexander Dimitrenko (Russia)

Can anyone explain me why Dimitrenko climbed 15 places from the last ranking? Adamek is shot to bits and suddenly ranked #8, by beating a 53-year old homeless guy.

Both guys could be very interesting opponents for Wilder :good :rofl

David Haye is also suddenly ranked for beating Mark De Mori, but at least he is decent. Wilder will duck the Gayemaker big time

Adamek is fighting Molina in less than 2 months. Wouldn't shock me, but they'd have to give him better offer and adequate time to prepare this time. He's a long time pro who's above getting ripped off like that.

Adamek would make sense for Wilder. He brings Polish fans and TV money, he is feather fisted, he's glass-jawed (at HW) and most of all he's old and ultra washed up. He'd would fit right into Wilder's list of opponents.

I don't think Wilder gets by Povetkin but if he does then he would have plenty of time before his next mandatory.

I wouldn't be at all surprised to see him defend every 3-4 months against guys like Adamek and Dimitrenko.

That would be pretty tragic if Adamek is thrown in there with Wilder. But it might be too big a cash cow for the involved parties to pass up.

Dimitrenko vrs. Wilder is an intriguing matchup. I would favor Dimitrenko at his best to outbox Wilder....but Wilder is continuing to improve and Dimi is probably well past it.

Adamek was already offered the fight with a 6 week camp before Szpilka got it

How's Stiverne still #3? I guess if you wanna be ranked high by WBC you gotta fight Derrick Rossy

If you all are so convinced Povetkin is going to smash him, then what difference does all this make?
