Clear win yes.
But that was a tough fight and Adamek took a lot of shot.

 

I also thought McBride would have alot more height advantage that this clip shows.

And as for Adamek, Arreola most certianly had him in trouble. DEEP trouble. But Adamek is one tough guy, and did more than enough to win the fight, most certainly

 

Bull****, he stung Adamek but 'DEEP trouble' is way too far, he was never in danger of being stopped.

Arreola got beat because Adamek didnt allow him to land his combos.

Chris has never been "in shape" but that has also never stopped him from having 12 round stamina.

 

It's not like Adamek's speed has increased at heavyweight. Wlad is faster than Adamek (Dawson is P4P as fast as Wlad), and Vitali, at his advanced age, likely still is as well. He's only put on pounds, his reach isn't any better. He has no chance against either Klitschko :/

I did forget about the McGirt curse affecting him for that fight, though. I was hoping someone would chime in with some affliction explaining why Adamek looked so ****ing awful that night.

 

If i was adamek i'd be scared...I heard rumor they are going to be pumping vodka & beer into Kevin's veins through the entire fight with a built in keg in his corner

 

That excess weight prevented him from cutting off the ring and getting his punches off faster.... We will see, i mean its his fault.. Adamek was the slightly better man that night.. Im just saying things will be different if Arreola gets in shape... We will se if SHields can get him to come in 15-20lbs lighter.

 

Shields may improve his technique (where are many flaws). Arreola needs only strong will to lose the weight, nothing more. If he is inshape (225-230), he is a top 5 material. But even inshape Arreola loses to Adamek. They are on different boxing levels.:bbb

How does an inshape Arreola lose to Adamek:huh I mean even if you didnt have it as close as i did, you have to admit Arreola was very competetive. You dont think that coming in 20 to 25 lbs less would make that much of a difference?.... RIght know id say Arreola is anywhere between 5-8 top Hw... I actually think an inshape Arreola beats anyone but the Klit bros... Although im intrested to see if Hayes chin is better than i think... He would be very hard to beat if he does end up having a decent chin.

 

When Adamek is hit by McBridge he is going to feel like he has just been punched by Ireland, as an island.
