I know not too many people care about this fight. Adamek is an old man now. Been in too many wars. Too small of a HW to do anything in the division. But to fight Przemyslaw Saleta might not be a EZ task. Plus, from any of our Pole friend's here... This content is protected :!:
This fight is a joke... And it should be an easy task, Adamek is still fighting at a respectable level unlike Saleta.
Adamek is completely shot. Featherfisted, slow, too small. Saleta was never that good to begin with, is old and slow. Adamek on points, but Saleta could knock him out as well.
Unfortunately, this is my thinking, also. So nobody has heard anything about this being Adamek's last fight?
Saleta always had a glass jaw, I wouldn't be shocked if Adamek knocked him out early. Competitive losses to contenders in Glazkov, and Szpilka and now he's COMPLETELY shot and possibly loses to Saleta? Get out of here with that ****..... Adamek may be faded, but he's still a top 30 HW or so. He'd have to fall off really badly to be troubled by someone like Saleta, nevermind lose to him.
no way Adamek backs down if he wins, he'll still take some joke money fights if he beats 47 year old Saleta in good fashion, he'll probably want a rematch with Szpilka next or Wach when he gets beaten up like a heavy bag vs Povetkin
I hope your right. I always liked Adamek from the time he 1st fought Briggs & won the Lt. HW Title. It would be nice to see that the fire is still there & that physically, he can still be dangerous in the ring & get the job done. :bbb
Yep! I remember hearing about that one after the Golota-Brewster debacle, and I'm pretty sure I wound up buying a copy of it shortly afterwards. It may have even been on a VHS tape as opposed to a DVD.
