Adamek looked very easy to hit in his last fights. One left hand by Abell will close the show, bank on it. :deal::deal::deal:

Abell wins by Stoppage if adamek is losing to the level of molina then abell makes easy work of it Molina is terrible if only adamek stayed at cw and didnt chase the money he could have been an all time great

Yeah I'm curious about the hooplah as well, the Joey Abell I know isn't a level above or
at even the corpse of Adamek. I haven't seen him in a while but going by the talk, I
don't see how a body building version of Abell would do any better. Has he gained a
    new boxing skillset?

How old is Adamek now? 41? 42? I think its a bit of both from both fighters. Adamek is on the down slide and has looked anything but impressive of late against journeyman Kassi and Haumono. Hasn't stopped a guy in 6 years, he's getting older, slower, his legs are starting to go and his reflexes as well. Whereas Abell, after being a late notice payday fighter for contenders for a few years, looks in really good shape of recent and is on a little ko hot streak. Someone mentioned it earlier, he's not in round face mode, he's in square jaw mode, looking fit. At 265 pounds and a big puncher like Abell, tough ask for an aging 41 or 42 year old Adamek who comes in @220. And at his age after 2 retirements, whats he still fighting for? With time for a full training camp to get into the best of shape, Abell will be extremely motivated here. After Zimnoch, he knows if he can take Adamek he could line himself up for a nice payday against a Kownacki/Wach type in front of Polish fans. Potential for an upset in this one.

Couldnt agree more. His legs aren't nearly as fast as they were before. I cannot see him avoiding many of Abells power punches.

Exactly! Which is precisely why today's washed up Adamek is fighting him. He's highly beatable.

Adamek is really washed up, Abell has never looked better before and is a power puncher. Definitely an 'upset' upcoming.

One I will try and watch. Abell carries similar threat to Molina so it could be an up and downer.

He should have went down after the Vitali fight.
Got his big payday but coulda easily taken that 20lbs of spare tire and made easy work of USS and Huck and Hernandez during that period where only Ledbedev presented anything in my mind to trouble Adamek

Yeah, not sure how people have convinced themselves Abell has ceased to be precisely that.

Mind you, let's make this clear in advance - I don't want to see anybody quoting my posts with any gloating "told you so" nonsense if Abell kayos Adamek. If he does, it proves nothing about him being some vastly improved journeyman-turned-contender all of a sudden. You will have "told me" nothing. It just confirms that Adamek is shot to bits.
