Should Szpilka win, think of it as a 'passing of the torch' much like Golota/Adamek was, however Adamek is still pretty live in this one and has a very good chance at winning. Awesome scrap. Win/Lose Adamek should retire. He has nothing to be ashamed of, and has definitely had a HOF worthy career. :good

Adamek is pretty much at the end of his rope.

I would knock Szpilka out within a few rounds .. Even though Adamek is shot, but he will knock Szpilka out in round 4 or 5.

Perhaps you are right...I am fans of both however Szpilka really looks in shape for this fight like I have never seen before. Maybe this won't matter, but at least he seems to be taking this serious

Didn't everyone say that the Glazkov fight was " do or die"?

Adamek definitely has a serviceable beard, and excellent recovery. Kind of reminds me of JMM in that he gets knocked down a lot, but always gets back up and has really good recovery. Szpilka on the other hand...... He definitely fits the stereotype, but he can definitely crack so I guess that makes him a bit of a glass cannon. really looking forward to this one.

In 50+ fights i have only seen Adamek get put on his ass about 3 times. He usually stays on his feet when buzzed but recovers pretty quick(one of his best assets IMO). Father time falls to no man and Adameks time is up.

If Szpilka lays some glove on Adamek (debatable, given his age), he will stop him. Szpilka has some flaws when it comes to defense, chin, punch output, ring IQ, all of which a prime Adamek would surely exploit, but make no mistake Artur's power is right up there and Glazkov was faster than Adamek all night. If Szpilka is able to get to Adamek as easily as Glazkov did, its lights out for Adamek.

If Adamek has anything left in the tank he'll beat Szpilka.
