My big regret is we never got Adamek vs. Haye in a CW unification.

That could've been the most significant moment in the division since Holyfield vs. Qawi, and maybe as thrilling!

 

Sorry mate, there were no odds up earlier Iin the week. I've had a busy last few days and haven't looked again. Right now I'm taking Lil Butt for a haircut and won't be on my computer for another hour or two. I will try and put them up when I get home.

Yeah but he did what made the most business sense. Adamek could have had 3 careers at CW and it would not have earned him the same $$$ as he earned as a HW . People forget that after that FOTY candi he had with Cunningham, Showtime or others were unwilling to do a second fight and we know the only reason why. Outside of Germany, CW does not sell big fights. So props to Adamek, for not only making a savvy business decision, but for swimming with the big boys for years. As for this fight, if Szpilka manages to lay some glove on Adamek, I'm pretty certain it will be lights out. You can pinpoint a lot of weaknesses in Szpilka, but he still has a very good punch. In the Jennings fight he got bamboozled by BJs movement and could not land accurately and threw far too little. Good 50/50 fight imo and a good stylistic matchup.

 

I'm going for the other guy Adamek would be advised to retire for good win , lose or draw

 

This is a really underrated fight. Adamek is the more skilled but hes old and looking at his past fights it seems retirement is not too far away for him. Szpilka is young and talks **** a lot but his fighting is questionable at times. I think this is going to be a great match up for the fans. Were definitely going to see a KO here in front of a packed stadium of 19,000 fans in Krakow. For people in the U.S. who want to watch you can watch it legally on ipla.tv (in Polish though) for $13.00. Pretty fair price.

 

Funny when Adamek moved up he picked on shot countryman Golota

Now Szpilka is trying to be revived by fighting a past it Adamek

If he has that fire he showed in rd 12 of the Glazkov fight it'll be a good one
