Yeah, claiming a hurt left shoulder, apparently.

I feel bad for anyone who paid for this fight. They fell for all the hype and expected a war but come on its 2 basically retired guys. Still that was pathetic from Saleta to just give up like that.

At least Adamek came to work; this isn't Goral's fault. Saleta just lost whatever esteem he may have previously held among boxing fans, with this. Purely a cash grab, and now whining and making excuses about it afterward even though he's clearly fine and not injured. Just distasteful.

Rekowski got his ass handed to him.

    I agree.

Adamek says that he is apparently not yet retiring. Saleta says that he won't be entering the ring anymore.

Nagy should have beaten Washington, and just KO'd Rekowski. Looks like he's in the mix now. Sort of....

Can you blame him? It would be a damn shame to exit on this note. He probably feels tainted having been a part of it even though he isn't the one that made it a farce.

Saleta turned up for a payday. That simple.

He should retire right now, coming off a win. Once he steps up again he gets KTFO.

Sparked out Big O way back as well. Only took him six years to put a 2nd halfway respectable name on his résumé. :!: :yep

It doesn't have to be a step up but this has probably left a very bad taste in his mouth. Would you want to bow out like that, after having your dance partner essentially take a big sloppy dump all over the fans (who paid for this on PAY-PER-VIEW in Poland, mind you) with that non-effort and the candy-ass justification?

Maybe a fight vs Rekowski would be good to end his career with a win.

Dominated from the start, yeah. He knocked Rekowski down in the 1st and was aggressive throughout. Rekowski only won some middle rounds where Aguilera gassed a bit, until the Dominican regained a second wind and stopped him in the waning seconds (and sparing himself a robbery on the official scorecards)

Aguilera was a late sub for Mariusz Wach, too. Rekowski would've gotten his skull crushed like a g**** had that been Wach in there. :yep
