Tomasz Adamek vs. Steve Cunningham II RBR

Cunningham outworked him. His superior footwork didn't allow Adamek to open up and Steve was keeping Adamek off balance with stiff jabs and hard right hands.

Time and time again Cunningham got his punches in first and got out of the way of the return fire.

Good fight, but was a clear win for Cunningham that was given to Adamek as an early Christmas gift.

 

Thank god this fight was not 6 rounds!

Adamek would have lost clearly if not for the 2nd half of the fight when he started knocking Steve around the ring!!

I am rooting for Cunningham and he won the fight. Chambers won against Adamek and was robbed and now Cunningham.

 

Cunningham definitely should've won that fight. He won at least 7 rounds.

Incorrect. There were more Adamek fans in the crowd and more often you could hear Adamek and the fans you are talking about were not yelling USA but USS, those were Cunningham fans holding scarfs with USS Cunningham written on them.

Whats the general reaction from the Polish media? Are most of them saying Adamek deserved the decision?

 

actually, most are saying it was hugely controversial, most thought Cunningham was better, the same is on most Polish boxing sites, the majority called it a farse and had Cunningham the winner
