I wonder if fighting so early in the day would have an effect on some American fighters??

Tor has no future at the top end of boxing after that. Nevermind his woeful heart on top of that he's going to be barred from tv after that. If he's going to give up at the half way stage of an 8 rounder in a fight he was still in then clearly he has no future.

No shaming losing to him indeed, quitting on your stool after four rounds in which you didn't exactly receive life-changing punishment on the other hand...

Steve USS Cunningham vs Tomasz Goral Adamek... We all have been waiting for this boys.:bbb

Both respectable and damn good boxers... And here they are to settle it once and for all. This is something to wait for when we consider their first fight.

At least we get to see 2 real warriors in the main event that won't quit like pussies.

    He's never been past eight.

I actually questioned his stamina when stepping in with a high-caliber opponent who comes forward with a good workrate, when this match-up was announced.

My fears were well founded. :verysad

...and yes, his unlikely birth name is indeed Tor Hamer.

This. I hope for his sake that a legit reason for quitting comes out in the next 24 hours. I doubt it will though. Waste of talent.

US HW fans need to unite behind Malik Scott and Bryant Jennings now. No doubt they will continue to constantly hype Wilder though. :-(

He didn't seem particular comfortable in the fourth, and it wasn't necessarily because Glazkov was connecting with a bit more frequency and gaining more control. Wouldn't surprise me if Hamer had some sort of injury that he was trying to fight through. That's a bit harder to do if your opponent gains greater control.

Steve's missus looks like she could be his mother.
