have no qualms with someone having TC #1, but "clear", not remotely

it's all subjective at the end of the day, i just don't think anyone is clearly No.1. It's just whether you prefer the eye test and achievements of Crawford or the eye test, achievements & resume of Loma

Inoue makes a very strong case for #1.

There are no current heavyweights that seem good enough to me to place in the top 10. I wouldnt put Inoue at number one myself but the way hes fighting right now hes certainly stating his case well. Im surprised at the number of peoples lists that dont include him at all thats for sure.

The majority of people seem to be putting Lomo and Crawford 1 and 2 and are just arguing which of them goes top. I have to say i fit into that group too and i put Lomo above Crawford.

To me it's not subjective, you have to base their rankings on hard evidence. Neither have a marquee win, they've beaten similar level opposition except Crawford has done it in more dominant fashion. He also doesn't have a loss to a Salido type fighter. Taking all this into account it's hard to rank Loma above Crawford. He just looks more vulnerable/beatable than Bud.

Judging it off the top name on their records, Loma = Linares, Crawford = either Gamboa, Postol or Horn....Linares>>>. i don't believe, personally, that they have been fighting at a similar level, i think Lomas last 6 opposition are better than crawfords. You also have to take into account that he lost that fight with help of the rules being bent, and the only reason Loma seems more "vulnerable" is the higher opposition level.

Logically speaking, Horn should be no5 on your list... beat no6, lost to no4

Doesn't really work like that. Horn didn't really beat Pacquiao and he got shut out and stopped by Crawford.

Blown up Marriaga, Sosa, old midget Rigo, Linares who's been knocked out 3 times and whos best win is Luke Campbell. These guys are certainly not higher level opposition than what Crawfords been facing. Crawford would never lose or even struggle to someone on Salidos level. Bud is clear #1.
