    Burns, who beat Philadelphia Jack
    Verses Moore who beat Valdes?
    15 rounds and playing by 1950 s rules and gloves.

    Moore was far better, and the ruleset would be his advantage too.

    Burns had a decent offence, but defensively wasn't great. I really don't see much of a case for picking him.

    Burns was skilled fighter with tricky inside game, but Moore was way too smart for that. I'd take Moore by clear decision or late stoppage - only because Burns was very tough man.
