I don't have a problem at all with people picking Hearns to win, but it just seems like there's a big amount of (in my opinion, undue) disrespect coming along with it. Weak resume or not, Kessler did help to unify the titles, his only loss was against a HOF fighter who is, at worst, #2 or 3 all time at his weight, and the guy's lost maybe a handful of rounds in his career outside of that. Hearns didn't knock out people at the higher weights, but he blows out Kessler early, who hasn't shown any propensity for getting KO'd? This isn't necessarily directed at you, just a theme I've noticed throughout the thread that's got me scratching my head because, frankly, if either guy has a chin that history has shown could let him down in this fight, it'd be Hearns'. Not that any of this matters anyways, but when insomnia hits, it's amazing what little it takes to motivate a long post.
Actually it is the phenomenally ******ed asslicking ****sticks who say Hearns would KO Kessler in the first round who are not worth replying to. Which is why I am mocking them instead. They won't learn anything from it, but I will enjoy it. When dealing with ****tards that is the best you can hope for.
Gotta go with Hearns but its got me thinking.... Hearns v Calzaghe would be some outta control crazy ass fun war eh ? :good
Maybe this thread should belong in the lounge instead! or the new(fantasy fight forum) it should just be a matter of time before it gets created!
Tommy was a better boxer, but if he was not adapt at avoiding big shots. If Kessler hit Tommy with an uppercut that he hit Calzaghe with Tommy would be out cold.
Virgin Hill was ok, but still a level below Kessler. Lost to Dariusz who is more comparable to Kessler's level.
How the **** is kessler above anyone Hearns fought at 168? Kessler is probably on par with a prime Robin Reid. Hearns beat Virgill Hill for christ sake!!1 this Kessler bollocks on ESB is seriously sick...the guys opposiiton level is a total joke and so many people have jumped on the bandwagon...he had a good 5 rounds vs Calzaghe and vanished into the sunset... Reid even gave Joe a better fight If anything from what i have read on here: KESSLER should stick with Palle...most of the mofos on here have taken the bait!!
Kessler wins, it is almost certain. He even won maybe three rounds against Joe Calzaghe, this translates to a dominant victory over someone like Hearns.
LOL....Richie Woodhall won 3 rounds vs calzgahe. Reid lost a split decision ROFL that also i presume translates to a win for those 2 vs HEarns
