    Good matchup ,at least Tommy did beat 3 Heavyweight champ s tho obviously not while they reigned . Great boxer Tommy , he'd prove difficult for Foster but I don't like picking against Bob at light heavy !
    I'll say Loughran get s stopped ahead in the fight .
