Tommy morrison did hit harder than Mike Tyson

Come now, don't be a coward. Explicitly spell out out the standard of conduct by which I could be impugned but you could not.
Is it that I sometimes make derisive comments, or simply that I do so more skillfully than you?

Morrison was a big puncher but tysons shots were crisper, he had better shot selection and Tyson put his shots together really well

 

Well, this part of the discussion seems to be a contest between opponent testimony and KO results. Neither are rock solid but I'd consider the testimony slightly more reliable. I'd say far more reliable if we could safely assume it was all sincere, but of course we can't.

 

Why would anyone use an argument about who knocked out better opponents?
That speaks to Tyson's much superior skills.
For one punch, at least the left hook & with PEDs, Morrison hit harder.

 

I wouldn't say it's obvious that Morrison hit harder but it certainly seems prima facie plausible, at least to me. I mentioned Ruddock mainly because in that fight we can see Morrison land one punch that clearly had greater effect than any single punch Tyson landed. That still doesn't isolate the variable of power, but it's...interesting.

 

Seamus says thomas mightve been past his prime BEFORE he fought tyson.

Suzie q says he was prime for tyson.

Pretty sure he shared the same manager as Tyson in bill Clayton and used the cus d,mato training style who did in fact train Tyson and Patterson. Probably where the similarities come from.

 

That'll be it .They were hoping I believe for the next Tyson. If he'd have had Tyson s whiskers he'd have being a real threat imo

Yea , doesn’t really matter though, tommy would be a 1 round job for Tyson. I can honestly make a pretty long list of guys who hit harder than Tyson
