If the man is falling to pieces, it is because he was a Crystal Meth user, and also used Nucleoside Analogs and Protease Inhibitors(both of which are highly toxic) to treat his alleged HIV infection. You can't treat your body like that, and expect to be healthy later on. The medicine in his drug cocktail is worse than Crystal Meth as far as trashing the human body.
